We've also provided a list of all potential fees you may encounter as a residents which can be found at the bottom of the page.

Please note that units with an "E" designation are reserved for essential services personnel, meaning at least one person in the household is employed as police, fire or healthcare personnel, a public employee, a service worker, a teacher, a childcare provider or other education employee. Hammock Park offers short-term leases from 7- 11 months. An additional monthly fee of $250 will be added to rent for 7, 8, or 9-month leases and an additional monthly fee of $150 will be added to the rent for 10 and 11-month leases.
